Assassin’s Creed Unity chose to go for a more co-op approach to its multiplayer than the multiplayer modes of the older titles. The game has pretty much been forgotten thanks to its launch state, but when the multiplayer worked it was a lot of fun. Ubisoft has yet to shed light on what this new multiplayer will look like, and it very well could a new version of the competitive mode of previous entries....

Shortly after players began reporting corrupted saves in Ubisoft’s official forums for both Assassin’s Creed Valhalla and Watch Dogs Legion, community managers reassured fans that the studio is already working on a fix. Now, in a statement to GamesRadar, Ubisoft says that it is “actively working on a fix,” and players should expect to see it “in the coming weeks.” Unfortunately, it appears that Ubisoft’s statement only applies to the issue with Assassin’s Creed Valhalla, given that it makes no mention of Watch Dogs Legion....

So far, Ubisoft has only revealed two expansions on its roadmap for Assassin’s Creed Valhalla, which according to the PlayStation Store should both be released by November 9, or exactly one year after the game’s release. That doesn’t, however, preclude the possibility of a third content expansion being in the works, perhaps for individual purchase or a second season pass. The Twilight Pack contains five armor pieces, a two-handed axe, a bird skin, and a mount skin to join the growing lineup of Assassin’s Creed Valhalla mounts offered through DLC. It was rewarded to Assassin’s Creed Valhalla fans who pre-ordered the expansion, and it has armor similar in appearance to others in Assassin’s Creed Valhalla but it with a yellow and orange hew from head to toe. Following this color scheme, the axe, bird, and mount skins are all crackling with flames and players can sport the new look whether they’re exploring the new DLC content or catching up on old stuff....
