The Spear of Leonidas was originally available in Assassin’s Creed Odyssey. But now, as part of the Crossover Stories activity, players in Assassin’s Creed Valhalla can also get the weapon. The spear can be found in a new area of the map, the Isle of Skye. The weapon is surprisingly easy to obtain, and is a great addition to the inventories of everyone who loved Assassin’s Creed Odyssey and for those who want a good new item.

How to Get the Spear of Leonidas
The Spear of Leonidas was introduced into Assassin’s Creed Valhalla as part of Crossover Stories. Players meet the protagonist from Assassin’s Creed Odyssey and get to enjoy a new playable area called the Isle of Skye. In the area, the Spear of Leonidas can be found in spot known as Dun Ardtreck. Once there, players will notice a large hut surrounded by a tent and a smaller building. Inside the hut is a chest, and the chest holds the spear. Before entering the hut, though, players need the key to the chest. This can be obtained by killing and looting one of the guards around the hut.
The guard that players should target is named Macbeth, the one who will be moving around. If Macbeth cannot be located, the simple alternative is to attack all of the guards and search them all for the key. Once players have the key they can enter the hut and get the Spear of Leonidas, now one of many spears in Valhalla. The chest is to the right, tucked in the corner of the building, and the spear will be instantly added to players inventory.
The Spear of Leonidas is not the only weapon from Odyssey that returns in Assassin’s Creed Valhalla. The Hero’s Sword is also available for players to obtain. Both of these weapons offer Assassin’s Creed fans the ability to explore new locations and fight in new ways. While a huge part of Assassin’s Creed is preparing for battle and silently defeating enemies, that doesn’t mean weapons aren’t important, and the Spear of Leonidas is a good one.
Assassin’s Creed Valhalla is available now on PC, PS4, PS5, Stadia, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
